ＨＤＤの故障で修理を依頼しました。
故障内容を説明したところ、修理をしなくても直せるかもと修復方法を提示してくれました。
結局個人で直せるレベルでなく、修理を依頼したのですが、一体型のWindows７で自宅での分解修理は出来ないからと、取りに来てくれました。
少しでも安く済むようにと、いろいろな修復を試してくれて、そのつど画像つきで修復過程を説明してくれました。
結局ＨＤＤの故障で交換になったのですが、その時もＨＤＤの価格が１万円位するので、自分でＨＤＤを購入して持ってきたら、基本料金と工賃合わせて５０００円でいいですとの事でした。
とても信頼できる方だったので、ＨＤＤの用意もすべてお願いして直してもらいました。
NECでパソコン設計の部署で働いていたとのことで、腕も確かで作業も早く、儲け度外視でやってくれているのがすごく伝わってきました。
修理が終わってすぐに自宅まで届けてくれて、その際も故障の詳しい説明、壊れたＨＤＤの利用方法も教えてくれました。
